The correct use of unpowered fan is as follows:

The installation size is adjusted by using the pad iron. The pad iron is added between the base plate and the foundation pad iron. When the bolts are tightened, the force on the bolts is basically uniform.

The bearing of the second roof fan is lubricated by oil pump, so the bearing will not lose oil in normal operation. Therefore, when the oil throw ring is damaged, it is not easy to install it.

The function of the oil slinger is to lift the oil from the oil pool in the bearing box in case of unexpected power failure or short-term fault of the oil station, so as to supply certain oil to the bearing and ensure its continuous rotation without damage. So there must be no shortage.

1) When adjusting the coupling between motor, hydraulic coupling and roof fan, it is improper to use the following two methods for alignment:

① The radial and axial runout are measured with a feeler gauge by means of an auxiliary flat block;

② The two coupling halves are not in contact, and are fixed on the stationary coupling half with a dial indicator, so that the probe can measure the radial and axial runout of the other rotating coupling half.
